We manufacture a complete range of Cable Trays and industrial cable trays painted, powder coated & GI , which are innovative in design, easy to install
and cost-effective in usage. These trays can be easily attached to floor,
ceiling, wall or top of racks and cabinets and can be made available in different widths, heights and length options.

Salient Features – Switch Boards
All low voltage switchboards assemblies under go the routine tests by trained personnel. These test normally included.
- Designed to meet the requirement of IEC-61439 on factory built assemblies
- Totally enclosed compartmentalized self-standing structure.
- Flexible construction allows the positioning of the bus bars at top or bottom.
- Bus bars and vertical risers tested for 50 KA for 1 sec
- DMC/SMC reinforced ERP material for bus bars supports.
- Metal treatment with seven-tank process followed by electrostatic powder coating
- Bend test thru NABL approved agency
- Maintenance and cable termination from front/Rear as per requirement.

General Arrangement & Construction
The load bearing members of switch boards are fabricated out of 2.5/2 mm CRCA sheet steel. The door and covers are fabricated from 2/1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel. The switchboards have modular construction fully
compartmentalized. The cable alley and vertical bus bar riser is provided in
the front or at the back as per the requirement. The doors are provided with
concealed hinges. The pad locking arrangement is also provided wherever
required.
To make the panels dust & vermin proof, the doors, covers and the cutouts are
provided with compressible rubber/neoprene gasket. The buses bar chamber
cover have the louvers with perforated sheet provided at the backside for the
heat dissipation at higher rating/ambient.
The switchboards are supported on the ISMC or folded foundation channel
The switch boards are extensible on the both sides.
